Yes. I'll look and tell you what's wrong. If I can't help, I'll tell you, and there's no pressure.
How does remote support work?
You open a simple screen-share link, and I fix things while you watch. You can end it any time.
Will I lose my pictures?
I back up your files before any big repair whenever possible.
What computers do you work on?
Windows PCs, laptops and desktops. Ask about anything else and I'll be honest.
Do you mark up parts for builds?
No. Parts are at cost with receipts. You pay the build fee.
Do you ship custom PCs?
Yes, anywhere in the US, packed safely. Shipping is quoted up front.
